Manifesto
The manifesto is the foundation of Oruwee. All strategies, decisions, and actions of the platform's leadership and team are guided by it. Rules, agreements, and policies are also established based on the manifesto.
Clauses
- The goal of Oruwee is to become the best platform for participation in online communities and their development.
- The key principle is inclusivity. The more opinions that can be represented, the better.
- The platform does not express its own opinion.
- The platform does not support censorship and strives to minimize moderation. Instead, users themselves inform Oruwee about the level of controversial content and communities they are willing to engage with.
- Access to Oruwee will always be free. Viewing public content does not require registration. The platform will monetize through access to advanced but non-essential features, as well as through advertising.
- Oruwee focuses on growth and expanding its audience. The more active users and communities, the better.
- The platform aims to be simple and accessible while remaining technologically advanced. Outdated and unused features will be removed. New features will be introduced in an easy-to-understand format.
- Oruwee supports the creation of bots and add-ons by external developers. One of its priorities is to create and improve functionality for such development.
- The platform will develop meta-features, such as the ability to turn a community into an online store, create applications, and more.
- While Oruwee is in early access or beta testing, some points may not be fully implemented. For example, Oruwee currently lacks functionality for bots. Users also cannot yet filter content, which is why we are temporarily enforcing stricter standards for global posts and actively conducting manual moderation. Meta-features are also absent. The world is not perfect. Once everything is ready, this point will be removed.
